We would love to sit down with you to discuss your project(s).

Each project is as unique as the individuals who make the request. Of most significance is the scope of your project, and what you would like in the way of deliverables.

Sample Deliverables:

1. Composite illustrations

2. Quality prints of the completed composite illustrations

3. A complete electronic folder all furnishings, fixtures, paint swatches, etc. used in the composite illustrations - for client reference, etc.

We would like to meet you at site of the project (unless of course it is a "new build" and does not yet exist), and discuss the project. Then, we will return to the studio, to do some research. I will email you an estimate (usually within 24 hours). Upon your approval of the estimate, we will working on your project!

Here are an example few services/fees:

Complete House Staging Consultation: $175

Exterior Paint Change w/minor updates - Composite Illustrations (CI): $200 - $600 for up to 5 CIs (depending on the size and complexity of the front exterior of the home)

New Build Composite Illustration: $300 - $900 (depending on the size and complexity of the front exterior of the home) Prints can be ordered separately.

All other projects require a meeting in order to create a fair and accurate estimate because the scope of these projects can vary greatly. Estimates are FREE! Often the scope of the project can change during the interview, as we learn about you, what you want for this project and what we can offer to help you to get the results you need.
